Inspire : Mino Watabe “New leaves”

Inspired by the strength of the sprouts that overcame the harsh winter in this artwork, this dish is a braised beef shoulder in red wine served with green-colored nouilles kneaded with spinach, sprouts which give a feeling of vitality, and leaves made from the pie.

Nobuko Numano “In the Room”

Rich white chocolate, sweet and sour framboise, and refreshing cream cheese are combined to create an elegant dish that rounds up a winter dinner.
The colors that make up the artwork were incorporated and expressed as a dessert on a plate.

ART colours Vol. 39 2022 Winter – 2023 Spring Exhibition
Winter 2022-Spring 2023 exhibition will be curated by gallery UG and Gallery Ishikawa. Artworks from the two galleries, closely following and working with the artists, will decorate the Atrium of Park Hotel Tokyo with a sense of the future.


Based on the concept of “Infinite time and space amid cognizant Japanese beauty”, Park Hotel Tokyo has been making efforts so that our guests can experience Japanese aesthetics in each scene of ART (Atrium, Restaurant, and Travel). As part of our initiatives, we hold series of art exhibition “ART colours” at the Atrium to welcome our guests with hospitality in the form of “arrangement”. The exhibition will be held throughout spring, summer, autumn, and winter, it is an exhibition of artworks with a sense of the season that is delicate with time and space.
