Kenyu Mitsuhashi “Memories” Exhibition

We are pleased to announce the exhibition “Memories” by Kenyu Mitsuhashi who is the artist of our Artist Room “Samurai” for the Artist in Hotel project at Park Hotel Tokyo.

Message from Artist:
Memories accumulate.
Memories and sentiments accumulated over long stretches of time create layers that cover one’s origins, and consequently generate one’s preferences.
Through creation and the delving through these layers, the memories are captured individually, the accumulated layers released, and one’s origins unveiled.
This is a clear vision in seeking what human beings are.

PARK HOTEL TOKYO & Corridor Gallery

Park Hotel Tokyo is exploring the concept of “Infinite Time and Space Amid Cognizant Japanese Beauty” and engaging in a variety of activities to help our guests further experience the appeal of Japan and Japanese culture through the medium of art.
As part of our efforts, we have established the “Corridor Gallery”, an exhibition space in which guests can stroll through corridors and look at pieces of art as they might at an art museum. Set in the corridors of floors 26,27,28,30, 31, 32, 33 and 34, the space plays on the theme “Art for all” and reflects the hotel’s desire for people to feel art more closely.
