CORRIDOR GALLERY 34

Artistic expression has variety and diversity. For example, there are two-dimensional works, three-dimensional works, and digital works. This variety and diversity are moving forward a lot. However, some aspects are unchanged. Those aspects are “materials,” “techniques,” and “concepts.” Without these three items, you cannot create works in the first place. At this exhibit, the four artists exhibiting their works gave us their answers for these three items. Please view each work together with its sources. If doing this can help you deepen your appreciation of art, we will be happy.

PARK HOTEL TOKYO & Corridor Gallery

Park Hotel Tokyo is exploring the concept of “Infinite Time and Space Amid Cognizant Japanese Beauty” and engaging in a variety of activities to help our guests further experience the appeal of Japan and Japanese culture through the medium of art.
As part of our efforts, we have established the “Corridor Gallery”, an exhibition space in which guests can stroll through corridors and look at pieces of art as they might at an art museum. Set in the corridors of floors 26,27,28,30, 31, 32, 33 and 34, the space plays on the theme “Art for all” and reflects the hotel’s desire for people to feel art more closely.
