Immersive Art at Etoile Kaito Living Bldg.

One of the exhibition venues, the Etoile Kaito Living Bldg., features a variety of immersive installations that transform the entire space into an experiential art environment. As visitors walk through the venue, they encounter artworks that stimulate not only sight, but also sound, texture, and even subtle scents—inviting a multisensory encounter far removed from everyday life.
This shift from art that is merely “seen” to art that is fully “felt” is something best experienced on site.

Listening to Stone at Toeizan Kan’eiji Temple

At the historic Tōeizan Kan’ei-ji Temple, visitors can encounter “Listening to the Stone,” a work by Gaku Kurokawa. Within the quiet temple grounds, the soundscape created by the artist evokes the sense of stones whispering, offering a deeply immersive moment that allows the bustle of the city to fade away.
