Reservations

What is the cancellation policy?

A cancellation fee will be enforced if you fail to give us, or your travel agent, sufficient notice before the cancel due date. Cancellation policies vary depending on the reservation. Please review the terms & conditions of the reservation.

Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?

No, we do not require any credit card at the time of booking to guarantee your room.
We accept the following credit cards for payment: VISA, JCB, American Express, Diners, Master, DC, UC, Saison and Union Pay.

Are there any additional charge?

All rates include a 10% service charge, an 10% consumption tax, and the Tokyo Accommodation tax.

Is breakfast included in the room rate?

No, breakfast is not included in the room rate. Please choose the breakfast option on the reservation page if you wish to arrange breakfast, or Contact Us for additional arrangements.

Do children stay free of charge?

Children 6 years old and younger may stay free of charge in existing bedding when accompanied by an adult.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to change/cancel my reservation. How do I do this?

You must go through the booking agent/website that you went through in order to modify or cancel your reservation.

Can I pay for the room before check in?

Yes. You can pay by credit card or bank transfer. Please Contact Us for arrangements.

Can children (under 20 years of age) stay by themselves without parent?

Children (under 20 years of age) can stay by themselves with approval of Parental Consent Form for a Minors. Please Contact Us for further inquiry.

Rooms

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. check-out is 11:00 a.m.
Check-in/out times may vary depending on reservation. Please review the corresponding terms & conditions.

Is early check-in available?

Check-in prior to the standard check-in time may be available at the time of check-in but is not guaranteed. An extra night reservation is required if you wish to guarantee an early check-in. In cases of early arrival, it is possible to leave luggage in our storage room for free.

Is late check-out available?

Late check-out is available for 2,000 JPY per hour per room until 3:00pm. A one night room fee will be charged if you would like to stay later than 3:00pm. We will be happy to keep your luggage in our storage room for free after your check out.

Do you have rooms for more than 3 people?

No, maximum capacity in one room will be 3 adults in the Triple.

Do you have connecting rooms?

No, there are no connecting rooms at the hotel. We would recommend you to reserve 2 or more Twins or Queens, which may be located next door or on the same floor upon request and availability.

Do you have smoking/non-smoking rooms?

From May 7, 2015, all guest rooms at the Park Hotel Tokyo will become NON-SMOKING. There is a designated Smoking Room on the 25th floor for guests who wish to smoke.

Will your rooms allow roll-away beds or cribs? Is there a charge?

Unfortunately, we do not offer roll-away beds.
Cribs for infants under 1 year are available free of charge, upon availability.
Size is 70 cm (width) x 120 cm (length).

What room amenities are available?

All guest rooms have bathroom amenities, hair dryer, sleep wear and safe. Complimentary coffee & tea, and bottle of mineral water facilities are also available in-room.

Amenities & Service

Is there Internet access?

Yes, both wired and wireless access is available free of charge in all guest rooms, and wireless access in public areas. Computers are available for complimentary use in the Business Center located on the 25th floor.

Is there a mileage service?

We do not have any mileage service.

Luggage

Can I leave my luggage before check-in or after check-out?

Yes, we will be happy to keep your luggage in our storage room for free before check in or after check out.

Is there a luggage forwarding service?

Yes. You can forward your luggage to your next destination with the Takkyubin service. It normally takes 1-2 days, and cost approximately 1,500-2,000 JPY per suit case. Please let us know your next destination when you check in.

Can you receive parcels and/or luggage before our check in?

Yes, we can receive a parcel on your behalf. Please do not forget to add your full name and the name of the hotel in the address when you order.

How can I get to the hotel from Narita Airport?

Please see Access for major means of access.

We may arrange a chauffeur driven cars as well. Please contact the Concierge for details and arrangements.

How can I get to the hotel from Haneda Airport?

Please see Access for major means of access.

We may arrange a chauffeur driven cars as well. Please contact the Concierge for details and arrangements.

Do you offer a free shuttle service from/to the airport?

Although we do not provide a free shuttle service, we do highly recommend the Airport Limousine Bus service. Please see Access for further information.

Where can I buy or exchange Japan Rail Pass?

Japan Rail Pass must be purchased before coming to Japan at JR designated sales office or agent. To activate your Japan Rail Pass, please go to any JR office. They are spread through most Japanese Airports, such as Narita and Haneda. You can also find them at all the main train stations, located across the country.
