Artist Room to be created by KANETA Ryoko

The “Artist Rooms,” in which each guest room is a work of art, has become a symbol of Park Hotel Tokyo and have been favorably received by our guests. Following the 31st-floor, where all guest rooms are Artist Rooms, the 34th-floor guest rooms are scheduled to be transformed into artist rooms. In May 2024, the creation of the 12th Artist Room on the 34th floor began.

Artist KANETA Ryoko

1991　Born in Ibaraki, Japan
2014 Graduated from Yokohama College of Art and Design

KANETA Ryoko expresses the existence of beings beyond human knowledge, such as gods and natural phenomena, through various characters of different sizes. In recent years, many works have been created with themes of Japan’s indigenous culture and everyday atmosphere. Since 2012, she has been organizing “199X” as an attempt to explore contemporary character expressions.
