In recent years, incidents involving smoke or fire caused by portable battery
chargers (mobile batteries / power banks) have been reported both domestically
and internationally.
To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your
cooperation regarding the use of portable battery chargers in guest rooms as
outlined below:
1. Please refrain from charging portable batteries when you are not in the
room or when going out.
2. When charging mobile devices from a portable battery, or charging the
battery itself using the room’s power outlet, please avoid using the
following locations:
o Near windows exposed to direct sunlight
o On flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains
3. While charging, please ensure that the device is in a location where you
can monitor its condition at all times to prevent any unexpected incidents.
Please note that if any of the above situations are observed during room
cleaning, our staff may unplug and relocate the portable battery as a safety
precaution.

近年来，日本国内，以及海外多有对于充电宝引发的冒烟，起火事件的报道。
为了保证大家安全・安心的度过舒适的入住时光，请大家在房间内使用充电宝时，
在以下几点上予以配合。
１．请不要在外出等不在房间的情况下给充电宝充电。
２．在使用充电宝给随身电子设备充电或使用房间电源给充电宝充电时，
请避免放置在以下位置。
・阳光直射到的窗边等容易使充电宝过热的位置
・靠近被子/床单，窗帘，地毯等位置
３．为防止意外发生，请您使用充电宝时将其放置在可以保证其安全并看得到的位置。
如在清扫房间中发现充电宝处于以上情况中时，酒店工作人员为防止意外发生，
会先将您的充电宝的充电线拔掉并移至其他位置。敬请谅解。

있습니다.
모든 손님께서 안심하시고 안전하게 지내실 수 있도록, 객실 내에서의 보조 배터리
사용에 관해 이하의 사항에 협조해 주시기를 부탁드립니다.
1. 외출 등으로 객실에 부재하실 경우, 보조 배터리의 충전을 삼가시기 바랍니다.
2. 보조 배터리로 전자기기를 충전하실 때, 혹은 객실 내의 전원을 사용하여 보조
배터리를 충전하실 때는 아래 장소에서의 사용은 삼가시기 바랍니다.
– 직사광선이 닿는 창가 등, 온도가 높아질 가능성이 있는 장소
– 침대나 시트, 커튼, 카펫 등으로부터 가까이
3. 충전 중에는 만일의 트러블을 방지하기 위해 상시 안전한 상태를 유지 및 감시할
수 있는 장소에서의 사용을 부탁드립니다.
체재 중이신 객실의 청소 중 위와 같은 상황이 확인되는 경우, 안전을 위해 스태프가
보조 배터리를 콘센트에서 뽑아 이동시키는 경우가 있습니다. 미리 양해를 구합니다.
