In recent years, incidents involving smoke or fire caused by portable battery chargers (mobile batteries / power banks) have been reported both domestically and internationally. To ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the use of portable battery chargers in guest rooms as outlined below:
Please refrain from charging portable batteries when you are not in the room or when going out.
When charging mobile devices from a portable battery, or charging the battery itself using the room’s power outlet, please avoid using the following locations:
Near windows exposed to direct sunlight
On flammable materials such as beds, sheets, or curtains
While charging, please ensure that the device is in a location where you can monitor its condition at all times to prevent any unexpected incidents. Please note that if any of the above situations are observed during room cleaning, our staff may unplug and relocate the portable battery as a safety precaution. We sincerely appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
