At the Park Hotel Tokyo (Tokyo, Japan), an exclusive Art Concierge service is being offered to the guests staying on the Artist Floor (31F) of the Park Hotel Tokyo, starting from September 1, 2016.
In December 2012, the Park Hotel Tokyo started the “Artist in Hotel” project where an artist decorates an entire guestroom. At present, 26 Artist Rooms have been completed, and are available for reservation and stay. In order to deliver greater satisfaction to guests staying in the Artist Rooms, the Park Hotel Tokyo now offers an exclusive Art Concierge service on the Artist Floor (31F). The Art Concierge does not only attend to guests’ needs during their stay, but also provides details and explanations of the Artist Room upon check-in, as well as tours and information on other Artist Rooms. Additionally, it is now possible for guests to request a different Artist Room during their stay and reserve the room of their choice.
At the Park Hotel Tokyo, we will continue to offer a wide range of new service, in hope to enhance the satisfaction of our overseas guests.
