Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1979.
Graduated from culinary academy in Tokyo in 1999.

He learned to cook Japanese at a hotel “Hatsuhana” in Hakone, and later honed his skills at Park Hotel Tokyo “Hanasanshou”, Hyatt Regency Tokyo, Nishiazabu Kappo “Takumi”, and ANA InterContinental Tokyo. He is currently the head chef at Park Hotel Tokyo.

Naoki Oi

Sommelier

Although specializing in Japanese cuisine, the restaurant offers a wide selection of beverages, including cocktails and craft beers, providing diverse drink options. A wide array of champagne and sparkling wine is also available to suit various occasions such as anniversaries, creating special moments. To complement the delicate flavors of Japanese cuisine, carefully selected wines from around the world and Japanese sake are offered, delivering an unforgettable dining experience for all guests.

Born on July 7, 1972, in Tokyo.
1996 Obtained Sommelier certification from the Japan Sommelier Association
1990 Joined Shiba Park Hotel and served as a sommelier for 20 years at various restaurants, including French, Chinese, Lounge, and Japanese cuisine establishments
Served as the manager of the Peking at the Imperial Hotel, later appointed as the Beverage manager at Park Hotel Tokyo.
